The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against taking a job at this company. The company's internal management is extremely chaotic, with senior management frequently changing instructions at the last minute. There is a lack of direction and communication, leaving employees constantly struggling to cope. New employees are not provided with a comprehensive training system, and the actual job responsibilities differ significantly from what was described during the interview, making people feel deceived. Office resources are inadequate, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
