The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
Strongly recommend against taking a job at this company. The company’s internal management is extremely chaotic; senior management often changes instructions at the last minute, lacking direction and communication, which leaves employees struggling to cope. There is no well-established training system for new employees, and the actual job duties differ significantly from what was explained during the interview, making people feel deceived. Office resources are insufficient, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, it is recommended that you avoid this company.
