The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against taking a job at this company. The company’s internal management is extremely chaotic; senior management frequently changes instructions at the last minute, with a lack of direction and communication, leaving employees exhausted from constantly dealing with the fallout. There is no proper training system for new employees, and the actual job duties differ significantly from what was explained during the interview, making employees feel deceived. Office resources are insufficient, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
