The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against joining this company. The company’s internal management is extremely chaotic, with senior management often changing instructions at the last minute and lacking direction and communication, leaving employees constantly scrambling to cope. There is no adequate training system for new employees, and the actual job duties differ significantly from what was described in the interview, making people feel deceived. Office resources are insufficient, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
