The office is quite new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against taking a job at this company. The company’s internal management is extremely chaotic; senior management often changes instructions at the last minute, and there is a lack of direction and communication, leaving employees constantly scrambling to cope. There is no comprehensive training system for new employees, and the actual job responsibilities differ significantly from what was described in the interview, making employees feel deceived. Office resources are insufficient, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
