The office is fairly new, and the atmosphere among colleagues is good.
I strongly advise against joining this company. The company’s internal management is extremely chaotic; senior management often changes instructions at the last minute, lacks direction and communication, and leaves employees exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. There is no comprehensive training system for new employees, and the actual job responsibilities differ significantly from what was described in the interview, making people feel deceived. Office resources are inadequate, and even basic equipment is lacking. If you value career development and work quality, I recommend avoiding this company.
