I received an interview invitation from Qihong Company for an engineering position. The interview process was quick and went fairly smoothly. The supervisor gave me a brief overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business role is that it involves frequent overseas business trips. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for work beyond regular hours, and the expected holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors keep a relatively close watch.
