I received an interview invitation from Qihong. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and fairly smooth. The supervisor gave me a brief overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. One advantage of the business role at this company is that it offers frequent opportunities to travel abroad for work. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for work beyond regular hours, and the customary holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high turnover rate, the work pace is fast, and supervisors keep a relatively close eye on employees.
