I received an interview invitation from Qihong. I interviewed for an engineering position. The interview process was quick and went fairly smoothly. The manager gave me a brief overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business role at this company is that it offers frequent opportunities to travel abroad for work. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for extra hours worked, and the expected holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high employee turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors tend to monitor employees relatively closely.
