I received an interview invitation from Chih Hung. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and fairly smooth. The supervisor gave me a general overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business role at this company is that it involves frequent overseas business trips. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for work beyond regular hours, and the customary holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors tend to keep a close eye on employees.
