I received an interview invitation from Chih-Hung Company. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and fairly smooth. The supervisor gave me a brief overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. One advantage of the business role at this company is that it offers frequent opportunities for overseas business trips. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for extra hours worked, and all the customary holiday bonuses and year-end bonuses are offered!
The company has a high turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors tend to monitor employees closely.
