I received an interview invitation from Qihong Company. I was interviewing for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and relatively smooth. The supervisor briefly explained the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business role at this company is that it offers frequent opportunities for overseas business trips. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for extra hours worked, and the expected holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high employee turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors tend to monitor employees closely.
