I received an interview invitation from Qihong. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and relatively smooth. The supervisor briefly explained the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business position at this company is that there are frequent opportunities to travel abroad for work. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for extra hours worked, and the customary holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all included!
The company has a high turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors tend to monitor employees closely.
