I received an interview invitation from Qihong Company. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and relatively smooth. The supervisor gave me a brief overview of the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business position is that it involves frequent overseas business trips. The company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for extra hours worked, and all the expected seasonal bonuses and year-end bonus are offered!
The company has a high turnover rate, the pace of work is fast, and supervisors keep a relatively close eye on employees.
