I received an interview invitation from Qihong Company. I interviewed for an engineering position, and the interview process was quick and went fairly smoothly. The supervisor briefly explained the company’s business and the nature of the work. From what I heard, one advantage of the business role at this company is that it involves frequent overseas business trips, and the company’s benefits system is also very transparent. Overtime pay is provided for work beyond regular hours, and the customary bonuses for the three major holidays, as well as the year-end bonus, are all provided!

The company has a high turnover rate, the work pace is fast, and supervisors tend to monitor employees quite closely.
