Guessing on my own while channeling spirits

To be honest, my experience with the proposal and meeting left me feeling quite bad. I was told to visit the client and join the proposal meeting. The proposal date was moved up by two weeks, but there was no prior communication throughout the entire process, and I was only notified at the last minute that a meeting would be held. Even worse, no one asked whether the time was convenient for me before the meeting, and no one told me specifically what would be discussed, leaving me to guess. This kind of communication was really uncomfortable.

On the day of the meeting, I also discovered that the colleague in charge had made no preparations at all for the meeting. Worse still, after I arrived at the venue at the agreed time, the person in charge did not show up for a long time, and I could not reach them; they did not reply to LINE or Chat messages either. It was truly an awful feeling, making me feel that the other party lacked a sense of responsibility and making me wonder whether this kind of teamwork could last.

Although there was clearly a discussion about the “fees provided” during the meeting, because there was no commitment from a superior, none of the proposals or terms could be clearly confirmed. This made the entire meeting particularly drawn out and prevented us from reaching an effective consensus. But, honestly, this company still needs to have some good partners to work with; the difficulty of collaboration is palpable, and much more improvement is needed to build trust.
