Pros
None
Cons
1. Extremely discriminatory toward people without a technical background, questioning your abilities (then why hire you in the first place?)
2. The work environment is very oppressive. Your manager sits behind you, supervising everything you do
3. Managers from different departments take a dislike to you and constantly report you to your manager; even when they make mistakes themselves, they drag you into it
4. Your manager is influenced by them, does not trust you, and does not stand up for you
5. Eventually, they find an excuse to fire you and make you leave that same day
