I recently received an interview invitation from Qihong Company. When I went to interview for the front desk position, the receptionist was quite friendly and told me to take a seat and wait. I was there to interview for an international sales position. The interviewing supervisor briefly explained the company’s history and the nature of the sales role. I think one advantage of the sales position here is that you can travel abroad (to Europe) quite often—essentially getting to see the scenery overseas while working. The company provides bonuses for the three traditional festivals and a year-end bonus.
The sales role comes with performance pressure, and the pace of work is fairly fast. You need to keep up with the company’s pace; otherwise, it feels like you will constantly be under the supervisor’s scrutiny.
