After working there for a month, I can’t think of any advantages besides the short commute.
1. The work environment is hot and stuffy. Only the first-floor office has air conditioning; the air conditioner in the second-floor office is broken, so you have to bring your own fan.
2. The environment is poor. Many chemicals, such as stain remover and degreaser, are stored on-site, making the air irritating and uncomfortable. The space is also extremely cramped and cluttered, which is very unpleasant.
3. The management system is chaotic and relies solely on personal authority. ISO 9001 was also obtained by simply buying the certificate, with no actual implementation.
4. Because there are no standard procedures, you often have to ask verbally what you should do.
5. Employees come and go frequently. During the month I worked in the stamping area, two supervisors had already been replaced. The supervisor was also newly promoted and had little management experience.
6. Even parking for scooters is assigned by lottery; otherwise, you can only park on the roadside and squeeze in with everyone else.
