I still don't understand why there has to be power struggles and factional conflicts. The senior executives and owners are in those positions, so they are not being threatened at all. Everyone respects them and only wants them to lead the company well, yet they have managed to turn everything into such a chaotic mess.

Raising questions is intended to make Yudong better. If senior management paid attention, the people below would be more loyal. Instead, the senior executives only think about making money and answering to the shareholders. They have gone out of their way to establish a bunch of troublesome administrative procedures, write all sorts of strange documents, and call meetings at the drop of a hat. They even exclude dissenters, driving many people away. They have brought things to this point, and they really have only themselves to blame.
