It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often acts superior, avoids dealing with things, and likes ordering other people around. He doesn’t understand the situation but still loves giving his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The entire company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers’ emotional management is unbelievably poor. This really is a toxic workplace—run away fast.
