It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales, often acts superior, and refuses to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, doesn't understand the situation yet loves to give his opinions, and often loudly argues with the owner in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. After more than 20 years in business, the SOP processes are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is unbelievably poor. It's truly a toxic workplace—run away fast.
