Do I really have to fill this out? I can’t think of anything at the moment.
It’s a family business, and the boss’s son, who works in sales, often acts superior and refuses to deal with things. He likes ordering people around, loves offering his opinions despite not understanding the situation, and often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The various managers are absolutely terrible at managing their emotions. This place is truly toxic—run away!
