Do I really have to fill this in? I can't think of anything at the moment.
It's a family business. The boss's son works in sales and often takes a high-handed attitude, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, but doesn't understand the situation and still insists on giving his opinions. He often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for more than 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The people in charge have absolutely terrible emotional management. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
