It's a family business. The boss's son works in sales and often acts superior, refusing to deal with things. He loves ordering people around, gives his opinions despite not understanding the situation, and often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is terrible. This is truly a toxic workplace—run away fast.
