Do I really have to fill this in? I can’t think of anything right now.
It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales, often acts high and mighty, refuses to deal with things, and likes ordering other people around. He doesn’t understand the situation but still loves voicing his opinions. He often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The entire company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs are still unclear. The various department heads have terrible emotional management. This place is truly a workplace cancer—run away fast.
