It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales and often acts high and mighty, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering others around, doesn't understand the situation, yet still likes to give his opinions. He often argues loudly with the owner in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is absolutely terrible. This place is truly toxic—run away!
