It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales and often acts high and mighty, refuses to deal with things, and likes ordering other people around. He doesn't understand the situation but still loves giving his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The entire company's processes are a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is unbelievably poor. They really are toxic to the workplace—run away while you can.
