It's a family business, and the boss's son works in sales. He often acts superior and refuses to deal with things, likes ordering other people around, and loves giving his opinions despite not understanding the situation. He often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The entire company's processes are a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs are still unclear. All the department heads have absolutely terrible emotional management. This place is truly toxic—run away!
