Do I really have to fill this in? I can’t think of anything right now.
It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often takes an arrogant attitude, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, gives his opinions despite not understanding the situation, and often loudly argues with the boss in the office. The entire company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers’ emotional management is unbelievably poor. This really is a toxic workplace—run away quickly.
