Do I really have to fill this out? I can't think of anything at the moment.
It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales and often acts high and mighty, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering people around, doesn't understand the situation yet loves giving his opinions, and often argues loudly with the owner in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. All the department heads have terrible emotional management skills. It's truly a toxic workplace—run away fast.
