It's a family business. The boss's son works in sales and often takes a high-handed attitude, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, gives his opinion even when he doesn't understand the situation, and often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after running for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. All the managers have terrible emotional management skills. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
