Do I really have to fill this out? I can’t think of anything at the moment.

It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often acts superior, refuses to deal with things, and likes ordering others around. He has no idea what’s going on but still loves giving his opinions. He often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers’ emotional management is unbelievably poor. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
