Do I really have to fill this in? I can't think of anything at the moment.

It's a family business, and the boss's son works in sales. He often acts high and mighty and refuses to deal with things, likes ordering people around, has no idea what's going on yet still loves to give his opinions, and often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The various managers have absolutely terrible emotional control. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
