It's a family business. The boss's son works in sales and often takes an arrogant attitude, refusing to deal with issues. He likes ordering others around, doesn't understand the situation, yet still loves giving his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is unbelievably poor. It's truly a toxic workplace—run away fast.
