It's a family business. The boss's son works in sales and often acts superior, refuses to handle things, and likes ordering other people around. He doesn't understand the situation yet loves to give his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after operating for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is unbelievably poor. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
