It's a family business, and the owner's son works in sales. He often acts superior and doesn't handle things, likes ordering other people around, doesn't understand the situation but still insists on giving his opinions, and frequently argues loudly with the owner in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. All the department heads have terrible emotional management skills. It's truly a toxic workplace—run away!
