Do I really have to fill this in? I can’t think of anything at the moment.
It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often acts high and mighty, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, gives his opinions even when he doesn’t understand the situation, and often gets into loud arguments with the boss in the office. The entire company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The managers’ emotional management is unbelievably poor. It’s truly a toxic workplace—run away fast.
