Do I really have to fill this in? I can’t think of anything at the moment.
It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often takes a high-handed attitude, refuses to deal with things, and likes ordering other people around. He doesn’t understand the situation but still loves giving his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after being in business for over 20 years, the SOPs are still unclear. The various managers have absolutely terrible emotional management. This place is truly toxic—run for your life.
