It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales and often acts superior and refuses to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, doesn't understand the situation, yet still insists on giving his opinions. He often loudly argues with the boss in the office. The company's processes are a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. All the department heads have terrible emotional management. This place is truly toxic—run away!
