Do I really have to fill this in? I can’t think of anything at the moment.
It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales and often acts high and mighty, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, has no idea what’s going on, yet still loves to give his opinions. He often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company’s entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The various managers have absolutely terrible emotional management. They’re truly toxic to the workplace—run away fast.
