It's a family business. The owner's son works in sales and often acts arrogantly, refusing to deal with things. He likes ordering other people around, gives opinions even when he doesn't understand the situation, and often loudly argues with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after being in business for over 20 years, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The heads of each department have absolutely terrible emotional management skills. This place is truly toxic. Run away while you can.
