It's a family business. The boss's son, who works in sales, often acts high and mighty and refuses to deal with things. He loves ordering other people around, gives his opinions despite not understanding the situation, and often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company's entire workflow is a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and processes are still unclear. The managers' emotional management is unbelievably poor. This place is truly toxic—run for your life.
