It’s a family business. The boss’s son works in sales, often acts superior, and doesn’t deal with things. He likes ordering people around, gives his opinion even when he doesn’t understand the situation, and often argues loudly with the boss in the office. The company’s processes are a complete mess. Even after more than 20 years in business, the SOPs and procedures are still unclear. The heads of each department have absolutely terrible emotional management skills. This place is truly toxic—run away fast.
