Convenient transportation?

The biggest problems with this company are probably the boss and the senior manager in the Product Department... One refuses to listen to any opinions and treats what is wrong as right; the other forms factions, isolates himself, and relentlessly implements erroneous management policies. Basically, the managers and employees under them either get driven away or run away, while those who remain are struggling and taking on multiple roles. They hire a bunch of highly paid, incompetent people who do nothing, and the system continues to blow up.
