15 days of annual leave
1) Annual leave is spent going to the doctor (staring at a computer every second without taking a break—how could you not get sick?)
2) Extremely high pressure. Some managers work normal hours, while others use an authoritarian, constantly monitoring management style… from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
3) Colleagues/managers pry into your privacy. For example, if you travel abroad, they may ask who you are going with…
4) There are no dividers between desks in the work environment, so there is no chance to catch your breath, and you are expected to work constantly (try relaxing and see whether your manager will give you a hard time).
5) The Labor Standards Act has been violated several times; make your own judgment.
6) They say it is a foreign company, but in reality it uses Taiwanese-style management. Many foreign companies still have the same exploitative Taiwanese management practices after coming to Taiwan. Everyone is welcome to join and experience it for themselves.
7) The company has many employees who have been there for 10 or 20 years… hmm… There are some friendly ones, but even more who bully others. You are welcome to experience it～
