It depends on which department you’re in.
Cons
Most of the equipment is on the roof, so you have to be exposed to the sun.
Fieldwork is quite demanding, while office staff work hard to cut benefits.
Typhoon days off have to be taken from your own annual leave.
The company’s systems are inadequate; management and benefits need improvement.
