The internal systems at the pharmacy or health and beauty brand are becoming increasingly chaotic.
They keep changing the performance targets.
Store staff are required to sell medicines (you read that right).
If you don’t meet the targets, there’s no bonus~
The funniest thing is that the company places extremely high demands on performance,
yet its marketing costs are close to zero.
Any suggestions you make will be shot down.
They really seem to think we’re magicians.
There has been a major wave of resignations this year
because, over the long term, the company deducts money from everyone’s pay every month.
People got fed up with the deductions and left one after another.
When supervisors hear you discussing other companies in the same industry,
they will even say outright that those places are no good.
They’re really afraid you’ll switch jobs and go work somewhere else.
On top of that, one supervisor’s partner works as a store manager at a branch.
Every day feels like a zoo drama unfolding.
It’s completely out of control.
I just treat it all as a joke.
Why?
Because this supervisor lets that person do whatever they want
and turns a blind eye to it.
Save one person at a time.
If you’re looking for a job in this industry,
I still recommend looking for a larger, more well-known brand.
