1. The company is small and has no supervisors. The boss is also very busy, so employees are mostly self-managed and report their progress every week,
but if you lack experience, you may not know how to do things, and no one will guide you. The pressure of feeling lost is extremely high!!
2. There is almost no overtime, and you generally work normal hours.
1. The boss's wife does not like employees taking leave. As long as it is connected to a holiday, she will humiliate you over it.
If you take leave too often, she will scold you severely and refuse to approve it!
2. If your work performance is poor, you will be dismissed directly. It does not matter if there is no handover period for the position.
When new employees arrive, they discover that there is no one to provide handover or guidance. Even if you take leave to look for another job, you will still be scolded!! It is faster to leave directly!! A vicious cycle!
3. There is no menstrual leave. The boss's wife herself lacks an understanding of the Labor Standards Act, but she is also in charge of business and is domineering. If you say too much, she will dismiss you directly!!
