Pros

Decision-making deadlock

Cons

I am increasingly feeling somewhat helpless, especially regarding the way the sales department operates. Whenever a problem arises, everyone always has to ask a supervisor for instructions, leaving no room for independent decision-making. Whether it is something minor or major, even when the conclusions for an event are provided ahead of time, everyone still waits for you to decide. As a result, we all become trapped in an endless wait, while the problem remains unresolved.

This is especially evident in collaboration, where our progress is always half a step behind. Whether we are working with internal or external partners, every time there is a pile of tedious procedures and communication, resulting in low efficiency. When it comes to scheduling, everyone knows that business travel from 6/1 to 9/30 can be described as the longest campaign. By the time we are waiting for you to decide, the work that should have been completed has already missed its optimal timing. No problem—until it becomes a problem.

Everyone is working overtime desperately, yet we are always overwhelmed by a pile of pointless miscellaneous tasks. There are constantly new collaborations to handle, but no clear direction for decision-making. This endless waiting and delay has long exhausted everyone’s patience, but we do not know when any of this will change.
